Message where to begin...

the star pattern is good... you're using too many incriments. you should only do 2 or 3 passes. 1st is to hand tighten the bolts...2nd first torque to 60%... 3rd final torque...

the cause of your break warp, in my opinion, isn't the wheels. when the wheels 'sit' on the break disks, the disks sit on the spindles. the warping is just heat buildup and abrupt cooling. if after driving around and the breaks are hot, parking and applying the breaks (parking break is ok) will put pressure on one part of the disk allowing a differential in temperature from one side to the other, thus causing the warp. and i wouldn't worry about you "machining" your rotors... the break pads aren't hard enough. your rotors just heat up and applying the breaks gradually evens them out.

try and figure out a way to route more air to the front brakes via ducts in the nose or under the car.

you might also want to contact the manufactuer about this. it could also be a material issue.
